The cancellation applies to cases where the product has not yet been in the possession of the customer or the carrier.
Immediate cancellation is available for twenty-four (24) hours after placing the order. If payment has not yet been made, we will simply delete your order from our system. If the customer has chosen an immediate payment method and has already transferred the amount, ninty-six percent (96%) of it will be returned to them within thirty (30) days of cancellation. This is a fair refund which includes ninety-six percent (96%) of the product price, taxes, and shipping costs. The remaining four percent (4%) covers our transaction and conversion costs.
Late cancellation applies to those cases when twenty-four (24) hours have passed since the order was placed, but the product has not yet been in the possession of the carrier. Since the exact time of the latter cannot be known in advance, we recommend the customer to notify us about the cancellation as soon as possible. If the ordered product belongs to the category of mass-produced items, we apply a fair refund. This includes ninety-six percent (96%) of all costs, including product price, taxes, and shipping costs. The remaining four percent (4%) covers our transaction and conversion costs. If the ordered product belongs to the category of custom-made items, we can offer a partial refund. This includes ninety-six percent (96%) of the tax and shipping costs, and does not include any portion of the product price. Since these items are exclusively tailored to the customer’s needs, thus it cannot be sold to anyone else.
The return applies to those cases where the product has already been in the possession of the customer or the carrier.
Withdrawal is available for mass-produced items within fourteen (14) days of delivery. In order to be eligible for withdrawal, the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us within these fourteen (14) days. All withdrawal returns must be postmarked within twenty-eight (28) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. After receiving the package, we will apply a standard refund within thirty (30) days. The standard return includes ninety-six percent (96%) of the product price and the tax costs. The customer will have to bear both the shipping and the return shipping costs. Withdrawal is not applicable in the case of custom-made items.
Warranty is available for defective but properly used items. The duration of the guarantee depends on the net price of the given product:
